He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Tobar and Irene Davila Tobar; his brother Carmen Tobar; and his former wife Marcella Tobar. He is survived by: his wife Maria Rendon Tobar; his children, Angellisa Tobar, Kelyn Tobar, Sidney Rendon, Adrian Torres, Jesus Medina and Alejandro Medina; his siblings, Linda Tobar, Ray Tobar (Belinda) and Pete Tobar; and his siblings-in-law, Antonia Tobar, Matilde Crandall (Nick), Guadalupe Garza (Olager), Juan Herrera (Barbara), Hector Herrera, Rafael Herrera and Guillermo Herrera.

Memorials may be given to Columbus Food Pantry, 419 Washington St., Columbus, TX 78934.
