He was predeceased by: his mother Cynthia Hopkins Evans; his stepfather Roy Guynn; and his granddaughter Kimberly Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Evans of Glenn Heights, TX; his brother Billy Frank Evans of Tulsa; his children, William Evans, Jr. (Sophie) and Cynthia "Cindy" Evans; his stepchildren, Joseph "Joe" Deaver, William "Duane" Deaver (Kim) and Rhonda Deaver Nowlin (Randy); his grandchildren, Joe, Corey and Mandy; and his stepgrandchildren, Amanda, Lydia and Stephen. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
