He is survived by: his mother Josefina Castillo (Zavala); his children, Alet Saira Castillo, Carmelo Flores of Lancaster, Laura (Jorge Perez) of Arlington, Alondra Castillo of Lancaster, Hellen (Andy Garcia) of Lancaster and Artemio Castillo of Lancaster, Texas; his grandchildren, Itzalk, Jorge, Naolin, Atzin, Izel, Yali and Diego; and his siblings, Benjamin, Patricia, Lorena, Edgardo and Alfonso Castillo (late Maria Elena Reyes). He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
