He is survived by: his wife Charlene Lewis (Shaw); his siblings, Gwen Peters, Belle Kingery, Tom Lewis and Buster Lewis; and his children, Charlotte Smith (Gary) of Wylie, Beth Massie (Doug) of Nevada, TX, David Lewis (Eva) of Timpson, TX, John and Patti Love (Stewart) of Dallas, TX.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, aswell as nieces and nephews.
