She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Cleo and Bessie Pearl Shaw (Chapman); her spouse Gene Elbert Lewis; her children, Rhonda Sue Lewis and Jonathan Paul Lewis; her grandson David Nathan Lewis, Jr.; and her pet Precious.
She is survived by: her family Charlene; and her children, Charlotte Smith (Gary) of Wylie, TX, Beth Massie (Doug) of Nevada, TX, David Lewis (Eva) of Timpson, TX, Patti Love (Stewart) of Dallas, TX and Janis Lewis of Glenn Heights, TX.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
