He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Jewel Buzan and Charles Rozelle; his daughters, Rhonda Coleen and Sina LuAnne; and his sisters, Martha Ann Winslow and Juanita Rozelle Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jo Rozelle; his grandchildren, Aaron, Peggy Cagle, Cristin and Kellen Boulter; his great grandchildren, Lizzie, William, Molly Cagle, Noah and James Boulter; and his sister Dorothy Sue Hughes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Rhonda Cagle.
