He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Yocham and Nora Mae Hodges Yocham; his brother Gene; and his daughter JaNell Martin. He is survived by: his wife Leta; and his children, Connie Trevino, Tony Yocham, Beth Johnson, Ty Yocham and Johnnie Yocham Carter. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

Mac quickly became involved in the community by donating his rodeo stock to the Glen Rose Rodeo Association to produce the Brown and Root Rodeo.
