She was predeceased by: her parents, Brady Morris and Verdie Morris; her husband Windell Rozelle; her siblings, Billie Johnson, Max Morris, Letha Stafford and Patsy Philpott; and her daughters, Rhonda Cagle and Sina Mays.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Rhonda Coleen and Sina LuAnne; and her grandchildren, Aaron Cagle (Peggy), Cristin Boulter (Kellen), Lizzie, William, Molly Cagle, Noah and James Boulter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Rhonda Cagle Memorial.
