He is survived by: his son Cody Timothy Spears of Stephenville; his grandchild Bentley Ethan Spears; his brothers, Rodney Spears, Rita Spears of Florida, Tommy Spears, Jan Spears of Glen Rose and Eddie Duvall of Glen Rose; and also, Cody and Bentley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
