He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Harkins and Thomas Holmes; and his stepfather Floyd Harkins. He is survived by: his daughter Vickie; his son-in-law Gary Marks; his son Charles; his daughter-in-law Cindy Holmes; his son Tommy; and his daughter-in-law Donna Holmes. He is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
