He is survived by: his wife Betty Mullins of Brazos Point; his children, Michael Melvin Mullins (DeeAnna), Mark Steven Mullins (Karen), Jeffrey Lynn Mullins (Margaret), Randy Bruce (Tina) and Pam Pogue (Mark); and his siblings, Emma Lou French, Glenn Mullins (Lanita), Wayne Mullins (Janice), Juanita McAdoo, Joan Wilson (James) and Raymond Mullins. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren.
