She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Kitchens and Sarah Kitchens; her husband Charles Vaughan; her children, Angie Joslin and Jackie Richey; and her brothers, Billy Kitchens and Wayne Kitchens.
She is survived by: her son Mike Mingus (Tammy) of Athens, TX; her grandsons, Kenneth Richey of Covington, TX., Darrell Richey of Blum, TX and Matthew Vaughan of Cleburne, TX; her siblings, Jo Ann Bates of Cleburne, TX and David Kitchens of Hawaii; and her pets, Gizzy and Footy. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Dementia Society of America.
