She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul McDermott and Susie Norwick McDermott; and her brother Mark Kevin McDermott. She is survived by: her siblings, Karen Sue McDermott Hunt and Paul Keith McDermott (DeAnna Letsinger McDermott); her nephew Dustin Lucas McDermott; her niece Melanie Rose McDermott Gunter; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emalyn, Everly, Hallie Jo Gunter, Brian Gunter and Lauren Kate McDermott.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Wiley Funeral Home & Cremation Services – Glen Rose (504 Holden St, Glen Rose, TX 76043). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery (12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077).
