He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Elaine Fitzpatrick Bullion; his mother Ruth Annette Allen Bullion; his brothers, Jerry Wayne Bullion and Lanny Gene Bullion; his sister-in-law Patricia Ann Bullion; and his niece Ruth Ann Bullion Rousch.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Ulrich (Ronnie Ulrich) of Midlothian; his grandchildren, Bailey Randall of Fort Worth, Tate Randall of San Angelo, Ty Randall of Midlothian and Jackson Griffin of Crandall; and his brother-in-law Don Fitzpatrick of Brownwood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
