He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Haveman; his son David; his daughter-in-law Marla; his daughter Judi Stallings; his grandchildren, Avery, Marissa, Adam, Erin Stallings, Jeffrey and Kelsie Stallings; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Peyton Stallings. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
