She was predeceased by: her parents, E. L. Forsythe and Leola Smith Forsythe; her husband Wayne; and her siblings, Faye Reagan, Joy Doyle and Reverend Leonard Forsythe.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Keller (Kevin) of Glen Rose and Charles W. Howell Jr. (Sherry) of Bono; her grandchildren, Christi Howard (Larry), Mindy Potts (Brannon), Cody Howell, David Howell and Kyle Keller (Katherine); her great grandchildren, Trevor, Kacie, Jake, Luke, Maddie, Bailey, Hudson and Tucker; her sister-in-law Helen Fulfer; and her niece Debbie Haberthur.
