He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar Douglas and Emily Douglas; and his wife Lillie Douglas. He is survived by: his children, Keith Douglas (Lisa) and Cathy Ivie (Deric); his granddaughter Amanda Dougherty (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Hailey Dougherty and Matthew Dougherty, Jr.; and his brothers, Johnnie Douglas and Stanley Douglas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
