He was predeceased by: his father Weldon "Buddy" Lucas. He is survived by: his mother Valerie Forrester Lucas of Fort Worth, Texas; his wife Teri Shannan Lucas of Glen Rose, Texas; his child Hailee Medwedeff (Michael); his grandson Michael Andrew of Friendswood; his daughter Emily Herring of Glen Rose, Texas; his brother Jeff Lucas (Anya); his nieces and nephews, Lauren Amos (Karter) and Grace Lucas; his sister Jill Giddens (Brady) of Dallas; and his nieces and nephews, Tate, Grey and Reese Giddens Andy.
