He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Earl Hewitt and Dama Margarita Vannoy; and his brother Bobby Earl Hewitt. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Beall Hewitt (Sherry Waggoner); his children, Preston Massey (Rhonda) of White Oak and Sheree Gibson of Gladewater; and his nephew William Earl Hewitt (Gracie) of Fort Worth. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
