He is survived by: his mother Patricia Sue McNiel of Gladewater; his daughter Chelsea McNiel (Devin Wallace) of Longview; his brother Noah Blaylock (Dalton) of Kilgore; his grandmother Betty Pope of White Oak; and his nephew Bailey Bagent (Ashley) of Bloomburg. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
