With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Elayne Gamble of Gladewater, Texas, who passed away on August 14, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Floyd Gamble and Loretta Johnson Gamble; and her children, Frank Lee Stidham, Benny Floyd Stidham, Lance Stidham and Margaret Allen.

She is survived by: her sons, Ray Haskell and Steve Stidham; and her siblings, Dan Gamble, Stanley Gamble, Norma Sue McDowell and Shirley Aldridge.

A public memorial service will be held at a later date due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
