He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen and Zella Allen; his wife June Allen; and his brothers, Billy Wayne Allen and Jerry Allen.
He is survived by: his son Jason Scott Allen (Amy) of Sugar Land, Texas; his grandchildren, Avery Allen and Preston Allen; his brother Michael Kent Allen of White Oak, Texas; his niece Julie Groves; and his caregiver Chihuahua Maria.
