He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed McKee and Sybil McKee; and his sister Loveta Marks (Sindy McKee). He is survived by: his children, Carl, Taylor Gearhart of Longview, Amy and CJ Whitehorn of Pritchett; his grandsons, Jacob, Jonah, Jaxon of Oklahoma, Cash of Tyler, Declan of Pritchett, Carl and Connor of Longview; and his friends, Don Smith and Kevin Desain.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home - Gladewater (401 N Center St, Gladewater, TX 75647). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
