He is survived by: his pet Pearl; his son Ricky Joe Waller (Alicia); his brother Charles Waller; his sister-in-law Tommie Waller; his nieces and nephews, Laura M Waller, Johnathan Waller (Boog), Christy Arp, Lawson Weatherby, Angela Baird, Cody Waller, David Waller, Brittany Maciel, Jamie Waller, Ashley Skeeter Waller, Melanie Hallman, Regina Allen, Michael Waller, Jr. and Tasha Waller; and his stepdaughter Brandi Blackman.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donation be made in Randy's honor to FBC Kosse building fund.
