He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe L. Stevens and Malene Watkins Stevens; his grandparents, Vernon, Locker Watkins, Elza and Mary Stevens; and his father-in-law Robert Dean "R. D.".
He is survived by: his wife Joann; his mother-in-law Ruth Tullar; his sisters, Jacque Stevens and Patti Rogers (James); his nephews, Jon and Jake Rogers; his niece Allison Byers; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth (Lorye), Leslie (Tina), Linda Curtis (Mickey) and Tina Goings.
