He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Van Ussery and Marilyn LeGrace Ussery (Williams); his wife Carol Ussery; his sister Carla Haley (Tommy) of Gladewater; his niece Payton Lee Haley; his nephew Parker William Haley; his stepson Alan Wood (Anne); his stepgrandchildren, Caleb, Daniel, Caroline and Julieanne of Tampa, FL; his stepson Michael Wood (Danielle); his stepgrandchildren, Otis and Pearl of Austin, TX; and his grandparents, Grady, Carlie Ussery, Jesse Lee and Grace Williams.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home - Gladewater (401 N Center St, Gladewater, TX 75647). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (300 W Upshur Ave, Gladewater, TX 75647).
