She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Decker and Bessie George Decker; her husband Raymond Wayne Spivey; her son Clifton Martin Thomas (Marty); and her brothers, Kenneth Decker and Julius Decker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelia Guthrie (Ed) and Dorinda Thomas (Bud Nolen); her grandchildren, Terel Guthrie, Mandy Love (Dusty), Kayla Guthrie and Briana Nichole Thomas; her great grandchildren, Leah Guthrie, Skye Love, Ruemor Love and Huxton Love; and her brother George Decker (Joan). She is also survived by family; and numerous relatives and friends.
