He is survived by: his son Michael Dean Pullen of Gladewater; his siblings, Dewayne Pullen (Channary) of Gladewater, Kenneth Pullen (Verna) of Shreveport and Sandy Beall of Chalk Hill; his grandchildren, James Wesley Pullen, Rachel Christine Pullen and Addison Grace Pullen; and his caregivers, Dena Boyett, Sharron Boyett, MaKenna Boyett and Addyson Boyett.
