He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ellis; his parents, Claude Stewart and Ila Mae Stewart; and his son Jonathan. He is survived by: his wife Pat Stewart; his children, Jim Stewart and Liz Russell; his son-in-law Doug Russell; his grandson Wesley Russell; his granddaughter-in-law Stephanie Russell; and his great grandchildren, Rose and Lachlan Russell.
