He is survived by: his children, Brian Van Houten of Gladewater and Holly Van Houten of Houston; his sister Trecia Cail (Neil) of Frisco; his aunt Yvonne Lee of Gladewater; and his uncles, Roy T. Van Houten of Gladewater and Allen Pullin of Vidor.
