He was predeceased by: his father Wallace Hand; and his grandparents, Turner, Jennie Mills Prior, W. C. and Alice Reid Hand.
He is survived by: his mother Ruby Prior Hand; his son Cody; his wife Sylvia Ruddell Hand; and his brother Michael Hand (Debbie) of Gladewater. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, family and friends.
