She is survived by: her siblings, Ezekiel Cook, Joshua Johnson, Eli Johnson, Lily Johnson, Sherri Hoyos, Patricia Taylor, Joseph Pettis and Tiffany Ortega; her adoptive mother Carol Ortega; and her stepsiblings, Kathryn DeLaCruz, Charles Hammons Jr. and Christopher Hammons.
