He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Wayne Haynes Sr. and Laura Maxine Estridge Haynes; his wife Donna K. Grace Haynes; and his daughter Michelle Haynes. He is survived by: his daughter DeeDee Gilg; his brother Carl Haynes (Amelia); his sisters-in-law, Janet Haynes and Betty Inglish (Loren); his grandchildren, Wade Frazier and Courtney Rich; and his great grandchildren, Harlan Frazier, Kayson Rich Westmoreland and Addly Peeler.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the West Mountain Cemetery (8086-8136 US Hwy 271 S, Gilmer, TX 75645).
