He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his parents, Jack Chadbourne and Sally Chadbourne; his children, Zylan King and Adalyn Chadbourne; and his siblings, Bryan Massey, Rose Brumbaugh, Matt Massey, Julie Chadbourne and Christopher Hennelly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
