He is survived by: his wife Bessie Agnew; his sister Billie Joe Agnew; his children, Kim Webb (John), Janice Shiver, Angie Agnew, Shane Petrelli, Bill Agnew, Jr. and Patrick Hethcoat; his grandchildren, Brianna, Alexus, Jordan, Katie, Dalton, Tyler, Brittany, Marcus, Brandi, Aubree, Addie, Evan and Elijah; and his pet Simon.
