He is survived by: his wife Toichi Stout of Gilmer; his sons, Adam Stout (Chandra) of Dublin, Clinton Douglas of Houston and Nathaniel Douglas (Rebeca) of Carrollton; his siblings, Martha Nell Carter of Gilmer, Buddy Fikes of Gilmer, Melba Meade of Dallas, Larry Stout (Linda) of Winnsboro and Henry Stout of Winnsboro; and his grandchildren, Addison Stout and Axel Douglas.
