He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Vick Wadsworth and Martha Gill Yeargan Wadsworth; his former wife Marilyn Joyce Gunn Wadsworth; and his brother Samuel Wadsworth. He is survived by: his wife Robin Wadsworth; his children, Greg Wadsworth, Chris Wadsworth (Trudy), Amy Crawford (Cory), Janalea Reid (Michael), Jonica Miller (J. W.), Douglas Stanley Jr. (Natalie), Kighley Medrano (Daniel) and Jeremy Dawson; and his sister Victoria LaHay (Mike).
