He was predeceased by: his parents, Flurry Johnson and Audie Johnson (Powell). He is survived by: his wife Raye Ellen Johnson; his children, Dane Alexander Johnson, Kyle Johnson Elfman (Megan) and Kathryn Waszak (Brandon); and his sisters, Louise Joyner (Doyle), Marilyn Scafidi (Andrew), Margaret Morris (Gary), Linda King and Emily Gaston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
