Ted Mardy Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2024, at the age of 68, Ted Mardy Smith of Gilmer, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Faye Palmer Smith and Dial Wilton Smith; his sister Fayla Matthews; and his brother-in-law Lee Matthews. He is survived by: his wife April Smith; his stepson Samuel Reeves; his daughter Sarah Smith Geiman (Nathan); his granddaughter Kensley Geiman; his siblings, Daniel Smith (Lanelle), Don Smith (Patty) and Margie Smith Wilson (Kenney); and his nephews, Ken, Kelly Joe, Kyle and Heath. He is also survived by many family members and close friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home - Gilmer (305 W Harrison St, Gilmer, TX 75644).
