She was predeceased by: her parents, Osborne Otis and Verna Williams Powers; her husband Kenneth Mayfield; her son Kyle Mayfield; and her siblings, Steve Powers and Emily Lambert.
She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Hall (J. P.) of Hawkins; her grandchildren, Denver Hall (Kelli), Chance Hall (Allie) and Keylon Mayfield; and her great grandchildren, Rylie and Charlie Ann.
