She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lindsey and Kathleen Lindsey (Myers); her husband Richard Michael Simpson; her son Jason Lindsey Simpson; and her sister Kathy Lindsey Tate.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Franklin (Robin) and Alyssa Reece (Jeff); her daughter-in-law Amanda Simpson; her grandchildren, Jasmyn Simpson, Arianna Berry, Skylee Ford, Asa Johnson (Linda Smith) and Landry Johnson; her great grandchild Alexa Thomas; and her sisters, Paula Lindsey and Kristy Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
