With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Helen Vaughn of Gilmer, Texas, born in Nampa, Idaho, who passed away on December 30, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clare McKinley Hutchens and Esther Marie Hutchens; her husband Clarence Vaughn; her son Donald Vaughn; and her grandchildren, Donna Vaughn and David Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Sewell of Gainesville, TX, Richard Vaughn (Cheryl) of Big Sandy, TX, Arlene Dickinson (Jon) of Alvin, TX, Charles Vaughn of San Leon, TX and Clint Vaughn of Yerington, NV.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
