He was predeceased by: his sister Connie Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Denise Carter; his daughters, Michele Burnaman (Brad), Melissa Amann (Brent) and Miranda Carter-Foster (David); and his grandchildren, Morgan Kate, Travis Kate, Kamryn Kate, Jackson Kate, Rylee Kate, Carter Kate, Gracie Kate and Emma Kate.
