He was predeceased by: his parents, Edford Ray Borden and Etta Eyvonne Coleman; his siblings, James Monroe Borden and Vickie Karletta Everette; and his grandparents, Harley Edford Borden and Etta Ray Borden.
He is survived by: his wife Bridgette Borden; his children, Jamie Johnson (Jeremy), JasonBorden (Krystal), Jared Borden (Candace), Leslie Sutton (Ward), Ashley Morgan (Jonathan) and Cory Fife; his siblings, Mickie Stephens (Michael), Nickie Moat (John), Dicky Garrett Borden (Christie) and Mitizie Dixon (Ron); his aunt Vivian Beller; and his close friend Margie Lee. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
