He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Farrow and Shirley McCray Farrow. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Farrow of Gilmer; his children, Mark Edward Farrow (Kara) of Houston, Diana Marie Farrow of Tyler and Grace Elizabeth Farrow of Gilmer; his siblings, Rodney Wayne Farrow of San Francisco, California and Susan Kay Matthews of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his nieces and nephews, Olivia Ashley and Pierce Ryan Matthews; and his granddaughter Elaina Rebecca Farrow.
