She was predeceased by: her husband Odie B. Mayfield; her parents, Milton Montgomery and Mary Montgomery; her siblings, Howard Montgomery, Troy Montgomery, Kenneth Montgomery and Carolyn Chandler; and her grandson Chad Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, Marty (Christy Mayfield), Amy Mayfield, Gail (Mike Sanders), Donna (Mike Talley), Carol Mayfield and Becky (Charlie Pharr); and her siblings, Neal Montgomery, Buddy Montgomery, Ronnie Montgomery, Helen DeCuir, Shirley Hunt and Peggy Arnold. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
