She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashby Leon Tyree and Hazel Elizabeth Mays Tyree; her husbands, Roy Salyer and Grady Giles; and her daughter Yvonne Salyer Dean.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Pritchett (Todd); her stepdaughters, Lori Martell, Terri Berryman and Traci Weaver (Bo); her brothers, Gregory Tyree (Sally) and Gary Tyree; and her cousin Joyce Purvis. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McWhorter Funeral Home (1074 TX-300, Gilmer, TX 75645). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
