He was predeceased by: his brothers, Larry Fowler and Gary Fowler. He is survived by: his spouse Emelia Fowler (Miki); his stepchildren, Michael Miller, Shandy Miller (Janet), Venus Hornbuckle (Scott) and Sharla Salazar (Johnny); his sister Nanette Kelley (Donnie); his sister-in-law Cassandra Fowler; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn Smith, Aaron Kelley, Blake Fowler, Sarah Rubino, Christy Sylvester and Jennifer Zanbrano. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
The family invites donations in Mark's name to Organic Consumers Association.
