He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Owen and Lorene Smith Parsons; and his wife Paula. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Bright; his sister Mary Miles; and his granddaughter Candiece Earley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
