He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandra Stephens and Kenneth Stephens; and his grandson Hunter Dale Stephens. He is survived by: his sons, Bradley Dale Stephens (Jennifer) of Hallsville, TX, Heath Wayne Stephens (Elizabeth) of Bray, OK and Jonathan Michael Stephens of Austin, TX; his stepmother Jennifer Stephens of Gilmer; and his siblings, Chad Stephens, Keith Marlowe, Dana Baldrage and Erin Marlowe Anderson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
